Billing Support
For billing-related questions including charges, refunds, subscription changes, or payment method updates, you can:
- Manage your subscription directly from Settings > Billing in your dashboard
- Email us at support@mangrovemedia.ca with your account email and a description of the issue
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days
Data & Privacy Requests
To request deletion of your data or exercise your privacy rights, visit our Data Deletion Policy page or email us directly. We respond to all privacy requests within 30 days as required by Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
